Conditions of Sale

1.    The prices quoted in the catalogue are the RESERVES. Bids will start at the reserve price unless a higher postal bid has been received, in which case the bidding will start one step above the second highest postal bid.

2. The Auctioneer will regulate the bidding and his ruling is binding. He may at his discretion restart bidding on a disputed lot

3. The successful purchaser shall be the highest bidder.

4. Bidding shall progress in the following steps:

  From $5 to $19 bidding will rise in steps of $1.

  From $20 to $49 bidding will rise in steps of $2

  From $50 to $95 bidding will rise in steps of $5.

  From $100 and above the bidding will rise in 5% increments.

  The Auctioneer may vary the above steps at his discretion.

5. Payment for lots may be made during but no later than at the end of the auction, unless prior arrangements have been made. Payment is acceptable by cash, (the preferred mode), by cheque, subject to satisfactory I.D., or by credit card. Cards accepted are Visa and Master Card

6. Please be aware that 3 ½ % bank fees apply for the use of credit cards.
